Annelie Phillips Annelie is one of SLC’s most experienced teachers, with a career of over 20 years, including at schools in China, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Europe, Latin America and the USA. She is also an experienced examiner, materials writer and developer, soft skills and personal development coach. Annelie works extensively with doctors to develop their clinical communication skills. | ||
Bethan Edwards Bethan is Academic Director at SLC. She designs courses used by medical professionals around the world, manages international teaching programmes, writes materials, and trains teachers. | ||
Chris Moore Chris is Founder and Managing Director of SLC, and Deputy Director of the Sechenov Medical University Language Learning Centre. SLC is a Medical English specialist, publishing online medical English courses which are used by medical universities, healthcare employers and individuals around the world. SLC also trains medical lecturers and medical English teachers, and teaches medical professionals to pass language tests so they can register in English-speaking countries. | ||
Jo Langford Jo is Senior Teacher at SLC. A medical English and test preparation specialist, she teaches doctors and nurses on SLC’s OET and IELTS preparation programmes, trains teachers and medical lecturers, and writes course materials. | ||
Sian Deeble Sian has over 15 years’ teaching experience, working both online and in schools in the UK, Spain, Italy, Vietnam and Malaysia. At SLC, she specialises in preparing doctors and nurses to pass the international OET and IELTS tests. Sian is also a trained examiner and teacher trainer. | ||
Virginia Allum Virginia is SLC’s Head of Medical English and an internationally renowned Medical English writer and trainer. Virginia is SLC’s lead writer for SLC’s clinical English and OET preparation courses, which have been studied by thousands of healthcare professionals and students from around the world. | ||
